Introduction

1. The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the B4U Cameras company (hereafter referred to as We).
2. Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
3. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them.
4. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and B4U Cameras as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us. We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the goods are not received from you in cleared funds.
5. We have the right to change these terms without notice to You in relation to future sales.

Ordering

There are 2 methods in place to put through an order:

1. by Internet on our site: http://www.b4ucameras.com 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
2. by Telephone at 0844 544 81 54 (lines are open monday-friday 09:00-17:00 (excluding bank holidays))

Product information

1. B4U Cameras takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products; this however, within the technical limits that exist and with respect for the best standards on the market.
2. All the accessories contained in the bundles sold by B4UCameras.com are compatible brand accessories and not manufacturer’s brands unless otherwise stated.
3. Please note that some products' instruction manuals do not come in English. Please note that in the case where you buy a product which does not have an English instruction manual you will be able to download the English manual by using a link that can be provided to you by B4UCameras where requested. Please note, Epson items are delivered with French manuals & software. Both can be downloaded for free on www.epson.com.
4. As most products come with 2-pin plugs, adapters from European to UK plugs are supplied free of charge with your order.

Prices

1. The prices indicated on the Site are in Sterling Pounds and include all taxes.
2. Delivery is FREE!
3. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time

Availability

1. Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.
2. In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 15 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
3. If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product.
4. If you wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined in (right of retraction – satisfied or reimbursed), the fees will be covered by us.
5. Bonus Packages: This is a special offer in which two or more items are bundled and offered at a special discounted price.
6. Occasionally, due to stock availability, we may be unable to supply all items in a bonus package, if so a refund will reflect the discounted price for the bonus package as a whole.
7. We cannot change or substitute items within the bonus packages for different accessories.

Delivery methods

1. Due to security reasons we can only deliver to the billing address of the card.
2. The products bought on the Site will be delivered to mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales)
3. Please note that we do not deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands (Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey and Sark)

B4UCameras methods of delivery

1. Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours.
2. Please allow 3-5 working days thereafter unless the express delivery option has been selected.
3. Items will be sent via courier this can be either UPS/DHL. all goods require a signature upon delivery.
4. Heavier items, for example, large TV’s (over 40 inches) will take longer to deliver due to their specialised handling requirements. These items can take up to 14 working days for delivery.

6. Forms of ID required for payments by Credit or Debit Card:
7. In the event that B4UCameras request additional verification after a transaction from a customer has been made, we will require
   • a valid form of ID (passport, driver's licence, etc) of the credit card holder
   • the credit card used for payment
   • a recent utility bill will be required
   a professional or paid-for e-mail address
   • a land line telephone number (work or home) where you can be reached at any time of the day
8. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause; however, these measures are taken to protect our clients from possible fraud associated with bank cards. B4UCameras must make every effort to ensure that the screening of transactions received are 100% legitimate.
9. B4UCameras does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
10. In the event where you do not receive your package in the indicated time frame, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take up to 28 working days, during this period, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
11. Please note, from time to time there can be delays that are out of our hands
12. We may also require a copy of your passport or driving licence and a completed explanation document to conclude the investigation.
13. If you refuse delivery at the door this process can take up to 28 working days for the courier company to return this item back to our depot. A refund will be authorised thereafter.
14. If goods are refused at the door or not delivered and returned to our depot, a refund will be issued less the cost of the postage.

Receiving your order

1. Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you verify your products with the order that you placed with us and if necessary, write any anomalies that may have occurred on the delivery voucher, not forgetting to sign it.
2. The order has been damaged or repacked by the courier company then we advise not to accept the order as you will be unable to return damaged items if signed for.
3. Without prejudice and with respect to the applicable legal guarantees, we recommend that you address any reservations you may have pertaining to malfunctioning products on the date of delivery or within 24 hours by Email via the contact us section on the site.
4. Returned products can only be accepted for products in their original state, notably with respect to their packaging, accessories and manuals.
5. In the event of non-conformity of the product purchased, the User will have the choice between repair and replacement of the product, except if the desired option has an associated cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the alternative.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

1. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic goods on the environment, by increasing re-use and recycling and reducing the amount of WEEE going to landfill.

Tax / Duties

1. We do not charge any VAT. Any import/customs fees are to be borne by B4UCameras's customers.

Secure payment

1. B4UCameras.com uses secure RBS Worldpay online transaction system to guarantee the security of your payments. B4UCameras has chosen to assure payment security by encrypting the connection when transmitting information on the network. When you see the payment sign, you will know that your payment is secure.
2. The RBS Worldpay may appear on your bank account statement. Please note that if your security department of the card issuer suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
3. B4UCameras offers a number of methods for payment: Credit card (Debit card, Visa or MasterCard)
4. Bank wire transfer for bulk transfers only. Please note that as price and stock availability tends to change periodically you will need to call and retrieve authorisation before placing the order.
5. When you pay by credit card, your account will be debited around the same day the order is received, on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account. For payments made on-line by credit card, the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) system of security is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network.

Right of Retraction - Satisfied or your money back

1. B4UCameras allows you 7 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and authorised return goods voucher.
2. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
3. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
4. If you refuse delivery at the door this process can take up to 28 working days for the courier company to return this item back to our depot. Then a refund will be authorised thereafter.
5. All photos stored on a digital support (memory card, hard drive etc.) and sent back to B4UCameras by the User will not be kept. The deadlines mentioned above are effective as of the date of reception of the order. You can request a returns authorisation by contacting us first via the contact us section, goods sent to B4UCameras without any prior authorisation will be returned at the customers expense.
6. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed, failing this then you will need to return the item at your own expense with an authorised returns good voucher.

Wrong item received/item received in error

• If, by mistake we supply You with any items that is surplus to your order or not a part of your order, You must notify us immediately.
• Failure to comply with your obligations, we shall be entitled to recorder the costs of any goods improperly retained by You by means of legal proceedings in the County Court.

Investigations

• If your item has been lost/not received an investigation will be opened into this. Please note if we require identification and an explanation completed, this must be received with 48 hours of being notified.
• Investigations can take up to 28 working days to be concluded. Once we receive confirmation that the investigation has been concluded a refund/resend will be authorised only if we have the item in stock.

For reimbursements:

1. If your item has been lost/not received an investigation will be opened into this. Please note if we require identification and an explanation completed, this must be received with 48 hours of being notified.
2. Investigations can take up to 28 working days to be concluded. Once we receive confirmation that the investigation has been concluded a refund/resend will be authorised only if we have the item in stock.

For reimbursements:

1. If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, B4UCameras will do its best to reimburse the User as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.
2. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund to be processed.
3. A refund can only be processed once the goods are back in our possession at our depot.

Only Kitchen and Home Appliances :

Cancellations:

1. You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods. In this case please call us on 0844 544 81 54 (lines are open monday-friday 09:00-17:00 (excluding bank holidays)) with your order number and other relevant details or send an e-mail via the contact us section on the site with the serial number of the product to be returned. We will then arrange to collect the goods from you.
2. Your product must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it.

Returns All products except Kitchen and Home Appliances:

1. For any returned package, please contact us first for authorisation. Any return whom does not have authorisation will not be refunded and simply returned to the customer.
2. Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods).
3. Your product must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it.

Guarantees and After-Sales Service All products except Kitchen and Home Appliances:

All of the products we sell benefit from:

1. The legal guarantee of conformity;
2. The legal guarantee from hidden flaws;
3. The manufacturer’s guarantee for a period defined by the product purchased and the brand.
4. Shipping fees of the products are the customer’s responsibility.
5. However, if the product does not conform to the product description, shipping fees will be reimbursed to the customer.
6. In all cases, B4UCameras will not be held responsible in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty due to, but not limited to, any of the above noted reasons.

Faulty goods

Only Kitchen and Home Appliances:

1. If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defects with your order we would request you contact the manufacturer of your item for warranty service.

Responsibility

1. B4UCameras will not be held liable for poor use and its consequences on the products purchased from our Site. Although our products have performance that is compatible with professional usage, B4UCameras does not sell products for professional usage.

Discount/promotional codes

1. These codes are frequently offered in the press and with our different partners. Their use is subject to certain conditions:
2. Codes are valid for use only on specified products on our website. A code can be used only once per person and cannot be reimbursed. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
3. In order to benefit from the reduction with a promotional code, the code must be quoted when your order is made over the telephone or written into the appropriate box when you place the order on the website. If you forget to use the code we can neither cancel the order nor replace it to allow you to use the code.
4. Codes are only valid for the period stipulated in the press and by our partners.

Commentary, criticism, communication

1. Any opinions left by B4UCameras Users are screened and moderated by the marketing team. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary…), B4UCameras reserves the right to refuse it or to modify it.

Protection of personal data

1. Since the details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order.
2. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you.
3. Communicating false information is contrary to the present General Conditions as well as the conditions of use listed on the Site.
4. B4UCameras is authorised to extract, handle and use information that concerns you. This information is the subject of computer processing.
5. You can at any time make a request to B4UCameras to find out what personal information they have concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information. If you accepted to receive our promotional e-mails when you registered on the Site, offers including new items, clearance, exclusivities, good deals etc. will be sent to you. You may at any time request not to receive any further e-mails from us by un-subscribing within one of the emails at the bottom of the pages.
6. Only B4UCameras has information regarding you.
7. If you so accepted as of registration on the Site, B4UCameras and its contractual partners may send you information concerning particular and occasional promotions.

Intellectual ownership

1. All the content on the B4UCameras site (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of B4UCameras, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorisation by B4UCameras.
2. All information, content, files and software offered by our services is protected by UK and International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright.
3. B4UCameras cannot give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the intellectual rights to. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.
4. B4UCameras will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the sites.

Warranties

1. The following does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. All of the products are guaranteed to conform to the product description, to be free of defects on delivery, and have the benefit of a manufacturer’s guarantee.
3. If an item purchased develops a fault after 7 days and within 12 months of delivery, You must contact the manufacturer to obtain a repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty.
4. If it is necessary to return the goods under manufacturer’s warranty to B4UCameras.com’s depot, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs involved.
5. In all cases, B4UCameras.com will not be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty on the grounds that the defect is due to fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by You or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with the product’s intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer’s or supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without B4UCameras.com’s prior written approval.

Responsibility for misuse of products

1. B4UCameras.com is not liable for the consequence of any improper use of products purchased from our website.
2. Although our products have performance that is compatible with professional performance, B4UCameras.com specifically does not sell products for professional usage.
