Returns

B4U Cameras allows you 7 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and authorised return goods voucher.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

If you refuse delivery at the door this process can take up to 28 working days for the courier company to return this item back to our depot. Then a refund will be authorised thereafter.

All photos stored on a digital support (memory card, hard drive etc.) and sent back to B4U Cameras by the User will not be kept. The deadlines mentioned above are effective as of the date of reception of the order. You can request a returns authorisation by contacting us first via the contact us section, goods sent to B4U Cameras without any prior authorisation will be returned at the customers expense.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed, failing this then you will need to return the item at your own expense with an authorised returns good voucher.

Wrong item received/item received in error:
  1. If, by mistake we supply You with any items that is surplus to your order or not a part of your order, You must notify us immediately.
  2. Failure to comply with your obligations, we shall be entitled to recover the costs of any goods improperly retained by You by means of legal proceedings in the County Court.
Investigations:
  1. If your item has been lost/not received an investigation will be opened into this. Please note if we require identification and an explanation completed, this must be received with 48 hours of being notified.
  2. Investigations can take up to 28 working days to be concluded. Once we receive confirmation that the investigation has been concluded a refund/resend will be authorised only if we have the item in stock.
For reimbursements:
  1. If your item has been lost/not received an investigation will be opened into this. Please note if we require identification and an explanation completed, this must be received with 48 hours of being notified.
  2. Investigations can take up to 28 working days to be concluded. Once we receive confirmation that the investigation has been concluded a refund/resend will be authorised only if we have the item in stock.
  3. If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, B4U Cameras will do its best to reimburse the User as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.
  4. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund to be processed.
  5. A refund can only be processed once the goods are back in our possession at our depot.
Cancellations:
  1. You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods. In this case please call us on 0844 544 81 54 (lines are open monday-friday 09:00-17:00 (excluding bank holidays)) with your order number and other relevant details or send an e-mail via the contact us section on the site with the serial number of the product to be returned. We will then arrange to collect the goods from you.
  2. Your product must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it.
Returns - All products except Kitchen and Home Appliances:
  1. For any returned package, please contact us first for authorisation. Any return whom does not have authorisation will not be refunded and simply returned to the customer.
  2. Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods).
